translates from latin to “a cry for help”, both a literal cry for help as i felt like i was making bad decisions, and a statement of fact in that i have been seeking help from those close to me and not finding it. very depressing stuff, but i was originally going to name the song straight up “a cry for help” but i thought it was too on the nose. anyway, ill leave you with something that isn’t nearly as depressing. dinner
